The mobile application SUBCHECK (Bundle ID: app.subcheck) and its associated website are owned and operated by SIA SCHAEFER, a company registered in Latvia under registration number LV50103412751.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, how we protect it, and what rights you have when you use the SUBCHECK mobile application and related services.
To provide the functionality of the App and improve the user experience, we may collect and process the following categories of data:
SUBCHECK does not collect full payment card numbers, bank account details, or payment credentials. Users may manually enter subscription prices, billing periods, and general payment method labels, such as credit card, PayPal, Apple, Google, bank transfer, cash, crypto, or other.
We use the collected data for legitimate purposes related to the operation, personalization, monetization, and improvement of the App, including:
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
We may share your data only in the following limited circumstances:
We do not share your personal data with third parties for advertising resale purposes.
If you enable push notifications, SUBCHECK may send you notifications related to upcoming subscription payments, trial period endings, renewal dates, reminders, subscription management tips, or other relevant app features.
You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings or, where available, through the App settings.
Reminders are provided as a convenience only. We do not guarantee that reminders will always be delivered on time, as delivery may depend on your device settings, internet connection, operating system, notification permissions, calendar permissions, and third-party services.
SUBCHECK includes a built-in calendar and upcoming events functionality to help you keep track of upcoming subscription payments, renewal dates, trial period endings, and other subscription-related events.
The built-in calendar is used to display subscription-related dates inside the App so that you can more easily see what payments or trial endings are coming next.
If you choose to use additional calendar-related features, the App may request access to your device calendar or use device-level calendar functionality.
Calendar access is used only to create, display, update, or manage subscription-related reminders or calendar events that you choose to add through the App.
Calendar-related data may include event titles, dates, times, reminder settings, subscription names, billing or renewal dates, trial ending dates, and other information needed to create or manage subscription-related reminders.
SUBCHECK does not use calendar access to read, collect, or analyze unrelated personal calendar events for advertising purposes. We do not sell calendar data to third parties.
You can manage or revoke calendar permissions at any time through your device settings.
SUBCHECK allows you to manually add and manage information about your subscriptions. The accuracy of subscription names, prices, billing periods, payment dates, categories, payment methods, notes, and cancellation status depends on the information you provide.
SUBCHECK is intended to help you track and organize your subscriptions, but it does not cancel subscriptions on your behalf and does not guarantee that a subscription has been cancelled with the relevant third-party service provider.
If you wish to cancel a subscription, you should follow the cancellation instructions of the relevant provider and confirm cancellation directly with that provider.
Cancellation guides are provided for informational purposes only. SUBCHECK does not guarantee that cancellation instructions are always complete, current, or applicable to every account, region, device, or payment method.
SUBCHECK may display subscription recommendations, alternative services, offers, or links to third-party websites and services.
Some of these links may be affiliate links. This means that we may earn a commission if you click on a link or sign up for a service through that link, at no additional cost to you.
Affiliate links help support the development, maintenance, and improvement of SUBCHECK.
We may recommend alternative services based on general subscription categories, similar services, user-entered subscription information, or search activity within the App.
SUBCHECK does not guarantee the availability, pricing, quality, features, terms, privacy practices, cancellation rules, or performance of any third-party service.
Our participation in affiliate programs does not affect your subscription data, account data, or privacy rights.
SUBCHECK may display logos, brand marks, icons, or other visual brand identifiers for subscription services, companies, applications, or digital products in order to help users recognize and organize their subscriptions more easily.
Some logos and brand assets displayed in the App are provided by Logo.dev. Logos provided by Logo.dev are used for identification, display, and user experience purposes only.
Logo.dev may process technical request data when logos are loaded or displayed, such as request metadata, domain or brand lookup information, IP address, device or browser information, and similar technical data necessary to deliver the logo service, prevent misuse, monitor performance, and maintain service reliability.
The use of a logo in SUBCHECK does not imply that the relevant company, brand, service, or trademark owner endorses, sponsors, is affiliated with, or has approved SUBCHECK, unless expressly stated otherwise.
All trademarks, service marks, logos, brand names, and company names remain the property of their respective owners.

Where required by applicable law, we will request your consent before processing personal data for personalized advertising.
You may be able to manage your advertising preferences through your device settings, including resetting or deleting your advertising identifier where supported.
Non-personalized ads may still use limited technical data necessary for ad delivery, frequency capping, fraud prevention, reporting, and contextual advertising.
We may use Firebase and related Google services for analytics, crash reporting, authentication, cloud storage, database functionality, push notifications, performance monitoring, and other backend functionality.
These services may process technical information, app usage data, crash reports, diagnostics, device information, identifiers, and other data necessary to provide, secure, analyze, and improve the App.
